Welcome to YoYo Speak, operated by YoYo Technologies Ltd (“YoYo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Our platform enables tutors and language schools to help students improve their Spanish-speaking skills.

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Who Can Use YoYo

  • Only tutors and language schools may sign up for an account.
  • Tutors and schools invite students to the platform.
  • Tutors and schools are fully responsible for the content they upload.

3. Payment & Subscription

  • Tutors and language schools pay to use YoYo.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
  • No refunds are available after this period unless required by law.

4. Content Ownership & Data Use

  • Tutors own 100% of the learning materials they upload.
  • User-generated content (such as recorded speech) is stored and analyzed only to improve spoken Spanish.
  • We collect only name and email addresses.
  • Users access the platform via username/password with email-based OTP authentication.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

  • We do not verify tutor or school qualifications. Use of our platform is at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes between tutors and students.
  • We do not guarantee learning outcomes or language proficiency improvements.

6. Platform Rules

  • Users must not upload illegal, abusive, or plagiarized content.
  • YoYo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • These Terms are governed by UK law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
